Gary Illsley

With over 35 years of experience, Gary is the Founder and Managing Director of the Silverlane Group of Companies, and the driving force behind the establishment of SNRGY3.

His primary focus is centred on managing the business pipeline for upcoming projects and working closely with landowners and forward funding partners throughout the acquisition process. This strategic engagement ensures that all aspects of project development are effectively navigated, from initial discussions to final agreements.

With extensive development experience, he has successfully delivered a number of significant large-scale mixed-use projects for prominent clients, demonstrating his determination and sharp eye for opportunities. His track record highlights his ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality. In summary, Gary leads by example, serving as our in-house deal maker and positioning himself at the forefront of the business to drive growth and success.

Jeff Niland

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff has held various senior positions while also getting hands-on experience on-site. He serves as the face of all our active projects, leading SNRGY3's efforts in managing the successful delivery of schemes for our clients.

Jeff is our go-to expert, possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of scenarios. His diverse skill set is a tremendous asset to our team, particularly in mitigating risks associated with key pre-construction elements of the projects we undertake.

He has successfully developed and delivered numerous complex high-rise residential projects in challenging environments. Jeff is a reliable and exemplary figure in all matters related to construction, providing a steady and safe pair of hands for our initiatives.
